You would use an MX series Shure microphone with a TA4F/Mini-XLR 4-Pin connector, connected to the side of the Shure RK100PK - Radio Frequency Interference Resistant Preamplifier for Shure MX Series Microphones (Black) that has a TA4M connector. You would connect the XLR Male side of the Shure RK100PK to an XLR Female connection mic input, that is equipped with phantom power. There are no screw terminals on the Shure RK100PK.

N it will not. This microphone uses a TA4F Connector.
The Shure RK100PK preamplifier features a standard 3-pin XLR output connector.

The Shure RK100PK unfortunately does not feature any user gain control.

The RK100PK preamp will work with the WL183 and WL184 microphones.

Yes. This Countryman mic is specifically wired for Shure transmitters which is what this preamplifier works with.
