The Domke F-5XA Shoulder/Belt Bag, Small (Olive) can be used as a camera bag—or remove the Gripper shoulder strap and thread a belt through for an instant waist/Hip pack. The olive color Domke bag is excellent for a small mirrorless camera with a small or medium sized lens. I originally ordered a black bag but returned it as the color was unattractive and fabric is stiff. The olive color bag is much more attractive.

This bag comes with two movable dividers inside. I took out one so I can slip in my Leica Q3-43 easily and use a narrow compartment from the divider to store my extra battery. There are two small front pockets under the flap which my polarizing filter fits in. The zipper closure makes it slightly stiff around the top , but I leave it unzipped and just use the flap with Velcro to close it. The Velcro is very secure. Overall this bag makes a small and convenient package for carrying my Q and it doesn’t call too much attention to itself. It also provides enough protection so I can put it in the back of my SUV without being finicky about padding it.

The Domke F-5XA Shoulder and Belt Bag, Small (Olive) is large enough for the Canon EOS R6 Mirrorless Camera with 24-105mm f/4-7.1 Lens attached. It is not large enough for the 24-105 f/4 version lens attached to the R6.

Will this fit a Sony A7ii and Kit lens, lens blower, lens pen and some spare batteries and memory cards?

Yes, it will be a tight fit but the Domke F-5XA Shoulder bag will hold the Sony A7 II and kit lens with the accessories you mentioned. Make sure its a small lens blower though.
