Will it convert RCA input signal of an active subwoofer to balanced xlr inputs?
If you are referring to the line level pass-thru on a powered sub, or RCA line outs from a receiver or pre-amp to XLR ins on a sub, then yes. You do not want to run a powered signal through this device, just line-level.

There are two versions of the DB24: a) Ground/Lift on each channel; b) Ground/Lift and Mono/Stereo. Which is this? Thanks.
