What size are these screws? They appear to be 3/8" but the suggested bushing adapter makes me think that they are 14/"-20.
The Manfrotto 154 Triple Microphone Holder Bar (Black) ships with reversible spigots that can fit 1/4"-20 or 3/8" threading studs.

This item was designed to attach to the 5/8'' stud of a lighting stand. If you did want to attach this to a standard 3/8'' threaded boompole, you could try this adapter BH #IMCA117.
