question
Will this work with my norman p2000d and my canon t3i?
The Norman P2000D would have a household type sync connection which can work with the Speedotron Optical Slave Tripper. If using the pop up flash from the Canon Rebel T3i, the flash would need to be in manual mode as using it in TTL may fire the flash prematurely. You may also use a radio trigger instead to fire the flash from the camera such as the PocketWizard PlusX 2 Pack B&H # WIPWPX2P and the PocketWizard MH1 Miniphone to Household Cable - Straight - 16 (40.6 cm) B&H # WICHHM16. Basically one Plus X unit goes to the power pack with the suggested cable and one Plus X unit goes on the hotshoe on the camera. As long as both Plus X units are on the same channel, you would be able to fire the flash.

question
I have an older Sunpak 4000 Monolight that has a failed slave. Will this slave work in the female sync cord plug?
Being that the Sunpak MS4000 monolight uses a household type sync connection, this slave unit can work with it.

question
I have a Speedotron 802B Brown unit and I shoot with a Nikon D610 camera. Will the optical slave tripper fire my power pack and will it be in sync with my camera at designated shutter speed?
I don't think there are any issues that change depending upon the camera or the power Pack. I have a brown speedotron and it all works great together with my Nikon d7000 and d80. I use pocket wizards with my set up and love it.
