Hi,If I wanna raise or lower the keyboard, can I do it while the keyboard is on the stand or do I have to take off the key board?
Hello. You have to take keyboard off stand. The tiers don't just slide up and down like on a ultimate keyboard stand. They're in little notches inside stand so your have to lift the tiers up first to get them out of the notches so you can then slide the tiers up and down to where you prefer. Make sure the tiers are resting flat and even. If they're not even before you tighten screw just lift,wiggle, pull, etc till they rest evenly. Once done tighten screw lightly (or you will strip it). Screw not ment to hold tiers in place just to keep things tight. Once you rest keyboard on tier( screw tightened or not),its not moving unless you turn keyboard stand upside down.
