Great with the pole

I bought a couple of these studs to go with my background pole. I never would have thought to get the background pole until I saw it in a friends kit. He showed me how it goes together and how much more compact it is than just about anything else. I love how it locks together. It is also great with the smaller rolls of seamless if thats all you are putting up. I just used this setup for a bunch of corporate headshots. It was fantastic. The studs are great with this pole. I put them on the manfrotto stackable stands. They are air cushioned. I typically don't like air cushioned but in this case it works great. As a one man show on these kinds of shoots the pole with the hole on the end fitted on the studs with the air cushioned stands makes a great combo. There is enough wiggle room to put the seamless up one side at a time and still feel secure. The air cushioned stands give me a little extra time to go back and forth when lowering it too. I think I should buy a couple studs as back up

There's not much to say, I lost one of my background stand studs and I got this one to replace it! I use an Impact portable backdrop stand.
