Yes, the Tiffen 52mm Digital HT (High Transmission) Circular Polarizing Multi-Coated Filter is compatible with the Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ200 Digital Camera and would fit onto the 52mm filter threads on the front of the lens, and would be recommended for usage to reduce or eliminate glare and reflections from non-metallic items and (depending on your position and the position of the sun) can also darken/deepen the blue in the sky on blue sunny days. By removing glare, it would also slightly increase teh color saturation and contrast of your image.
