Could you tell me, from which focal length value appears the vignetting?
Full frame sensored cameras will experience vignetting more readily than a cropped sensor camera. You may experience no vignetting using a cropped sensor at a certain focal length, but when shooting the same focal length on a full frame sensor camera body you will experience vignetting. This is due to the magnification value difference in each sensor.

when using wide angle lens we highly suggest using filter with slim profiles to avoid vignetting.

This would depend upon your camera body.... and if it is full frame or cropped sensor. With a cropped sensor, chances are slim for any vignetting at 24mm. For a full frame sensor it is possible, you would need to test.
