The Porta Brace TSA-SET includes two TSA-approved Safe Skies combination locks and a CS-B9 padded Stuff Sack. TSA locks can be opened for quick safety inspection by TSA (Transportation Security Administration) trained employees, using a master key. Non-approved locks must be cut off. Safe Skies will also replace their TSA locks, free of charge, in the unlikely event they are clipped or damaged by the TSA during travel.

Does the recessed nature of the u lock mechanism work with pelican case style latch / latch protectors?
It worked great, as long as its turned the correct way. It will not swing freely in the latch.
