Impact Collapsible Background (White, 5 x 7')

Kirk, Thanks! Can you recommend a 5x7 white backdrop or scrim that's translucent enough for backlighting and similarly easy to transport and set up? I'm looking for a smaller, cheaper, simpler alternative to a Manfrotto Hi-Lite. Been using the translucent white core of a Westcott 42" 6-in-1 reflector disk set for tight headshots, but want something bigger.

Yes, in order to achieve a solid white color, you would need to place two lights in front of the background and make them at least 2 stops brighter than the light on the subject.

Hold is at the edges than "will" to fold in the center .. it works 50 % if my attempts don't over think it good luck

If you're looking to add an extra layer of protection within the case, I would personally recommend a heavy duty (flattened) cardboard box or corrugated shipping pads, which can be found at any office supply store. It won't add significant weight and can help shield the backdrop in the case.
