Tiffen 77DY15 Reviews
Good for color infrared

I purchased this filter to use with my stash of color infrared film. Since it cuts more blue light than a number 8 yellow filter or a number 12 yellow filter, foliage appears more reddish. However, it still can have a somewhat blueish tint, compared a number 16 orange filter. I have not tried it with black-and-white film, yet.
Between yellow & orange.

Nice filter between standard yellow and orange. Being used on a Leica MM246 (monochrom) that produces only black & white images. Helps to stop down the MM246 that has a base ISO = 320. 77mm size is versatile when used with step up rings.
