SLR Wrist Strap (Black) is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 225.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent Versatility I love the extra level of versatility that this offers. My neckstrap has quick disconnects and so does this wrist strap. I can alternate between the two as the situation dictates. I usually prefer holding the camera loose in my hand without the neckstrap, and the wrist strap allows that without the fear of dropping my pride and joy. There are times, however, when I need my hands free and switching over to the neck strap only takes a matter of seconds. The neoprene is comfortable and it feels very secure. I have no fear of it slipping off my wrist, especially since the loop can be shrunk down to fit the narrowest of wrists. It does get a bit sweaty, though.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect wrist strap I attached this wrist strap to my Sony ax2000, it does the perfect job. It's not too long and not too short, the material is strong and doesn't feel cheap at all, it's also very comfortable! The clip can be undone and reattached with the hand that's in the strap. The clip isn't that cheap plastic that looses its hold after a month. I need to strap my camera on so it doesn't get knocked out of my hand when I'm doing my filming. It hold up to 10lb and that's more then my camera and equipment weigh. The adjustment slides up and stays, so I know this thing won't slip over my hand when my camera gets knocked out of my hand.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great wrist strap I purchased this wrist strap as a safety device of sorts for my Nikon DSLR camera. When carrying the camera around without a strap I had a few near drops which made me realize that a small wrist tether would be great for preventing a potential disaster. The neoprene material which encircles the wrist is very comfortable and light. When using an average size lens like a 50mm 1.8 I simply slip the neoprene loop over the lens body when stowing the camera in my bag. The buckle system which attaches to the near neck strap anchor point is nice and allows the strap to be removed quickly. Overall a simple strap to solve a simple concern at a great price.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Just what I needed I like to use my D300 without a neck strap. I don't care for having a brick hanging around my neck so I use a holster and pull out the camera when I need it. It's also a lot easier to use a tripod or monopod without a strap. When I'm working I carry the camera around in my hand. But sometimes I want more security and that's why I like the wrist strap. It's quick release so it's only there when I need it and the quick release end makes it just a bit easier to pull out of the holster even when the wrist strap isn't on it. Very handy (no pun intended). Only reason I didn't give it five stars is that I haven't had it long enough to evaluate how it will hold up. But it seems well made.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just what I was looking for This wrist strap is just what I wanted. Something that would allow me to hand hold my D700, still mount it on a tripod, not be in the way like the straps that wrap around your hand (I can't reach my buttons with those straps) and still feel secure and not worry about dropping my camera. The OP technology behind their clip seems very secure. I don't like neck straps with several pounds of gear hanging on my neck for hours, but I do like this strap.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Does what it's supposed to..... I don't use the neck strap around my neck very often - usually I just double-wrap it around my wrist, and carry the camera in one hand at my side. This product seemed like a good alternative for my preferred carrying style - and it works as advertised. The loop is pretty good sized for larger hands, but it does have a way to cinch it up tightly around your wrist once you have it on. Feels more secure than my double-wrapped neck strap system I've used for the last 20+ years! The clip-lock system seems like a good idea as well, because if you did want to use a neck starp occasionally you could just un-clip the wrist strap and click in the one side of a neck strap.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great item I was wrapping my neck strap several times around my wrist ( as most photographers do) to keep my camera safe while shooting. After a few shots the neck strap was no longer secure. This wrist strap material is comfortable to wear, the adjustable slider used to tighten keeps it securely on my wrist, and the material it is made of it strong enough to hold my canon 7D. The length of the strap is perfect to be able to access the settings on my camera with out binding or restricting. I now have one on all my cameras and gave 4 other photographs this strap because I felt it was that important to keep cameras safe!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Peace of Mind I have invested in some expensive gear that I always hold in my hand. I rarely use a neck strap and it seems impossible to secure the camera to your arm with the neck strap. This wrist strap lets me carry the camera in my hand the entire time I am shooting and walking without fear of bumping into someone and watching thousands of dollars fall to the ground destroyed. The only negative is that I also purchased one of their neck straps for the occasional time I carry two cameras. I was hoping to simply exchange the straps with the quick connects. While this is possible, the wrist straps end is much shorter than that of the neck strap, leaving the neck strap far off center.
