I bought my first of three back in 2010. It is still fully functional 16 years on of heavy use, so when I wanted more wrist straps for additional cameras this year I was very happy to find I could still get them. Sturdy, comfortable and very useful. Look no further.

Excellent strap

I've had a smaller royal blue Optech wrist strap on my Canon point & shoot for several years—still looks and works like new. I decided to go with the heavier version for my Nikon Z fc although the 2.5 lbs rated strap would surely have been fine. It's a nice, sturdy-feeling, comfortable strap and U.S. made.

The various Fuji XT model cameras have lugs designed for split rings; this strap will work on the split ring.

How robust is the actual loop that attaches to the camera lug? Could it wear through and break?
Asked by: Bill
The nylon cord used in the Mini QD Loops is very sturdy. One note, it is important that, on cameras with lugs designed for use with split rings, you use a split ring so there is no risk of damage to the strap from being cut by sharp edges or burrs in the lug as these connection points are typically not de-burred as precisely as other connectors. Recommended load on this strap is up to 2.5 lbs. for maximum comfort. It is always a good idea to check your strap and connectors when you periodically check all of your gear for signs of wear and tear.

will it fit canon mirrorless mark M6 II?
Asked by: Glenn
The thickness of the loop material is probably too thick to insert into the M6 II eyelet. I would recommend the Optech strap for smaller cameras. You can click the link below to view; https://bhpho.to/38emDZe

question

How is the wrist strap adjusted?
Asked by: Anonymous
The strap is adjusted by the sliding attachment. For me, I don't use the slider often, but it does work. I like this wrist strap.

question

I have an OP/TECH USA Pro Loop Strap on each of my camera bodies. Does the OpTech SLR Wrist Strap use the same size of plastic clip-on connector, so that I may switch easily between the two straps as needed? Thanks in advance for your help.
Asked by: IVAN
Yes, you should be able to. Good products.
