    Manfrotto 366B reviews

    366B Basic Black Light Stand - 6.4' (1.9m) is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 23.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good choice I choose this over the Manfrotto Nano only because of double maximun load and longer leg brace. It may be overkill just for a flash and umbrella, however, to me it seems more secure at the expense of just an extra 9'' inches closed length. It's still compact enough and worked great in the field so far. No regrets, once you get the hang of pulling the legs open with the right leverage, it's fast to set up.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Just a tad under weight ... I've used this stand to hold my reflector holder and 32 inch reflector. The height seems high enough (6 ft.) especially when placing the reflector hold straight up and down. It seems to work well. The leg base is wide enough to support the 32 inch reflector and the reflector holder. The surprise was in the weight of the stand. It is very light. If you are looking for something light weight, this is it. Otherwise, select the next larger stand. Bottom line is .... it works.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great and sturdy I had a Bogen tripod before and it was very reliable and so I bought this Bogen stand for my strobist needs. It works great and won't get blow over unlike the other cheap offerings from other companies. This ones is the new one and is in black.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lightweight and portable, yet strong! I use these stands to hold Nikon SB (24 - 28) speed lights and White Lightning X800 strobes for off camera lighting. The build quality is awesome as usual with Manfrotto and these stands have small features that make them great in comparison to other lightweight stands. I love the size of the extension tighteners, they're large and easy to make quick adjustments in height when needed. A small, but crucial feature I love in these stands compared to say a cheaper Impact brand of stands. I guess my only complaint would be that I always want my equipment as light as possible for travel, but at 2.2 lbs I think they're very portable and easy to carry. The best option for a lightweight stand if you do not need anything over 6.5' !

Rated 4 out of 5 by from WORKS GOOD BUT I WOULD HAVE STEPPED UP I bought this upon the recommendation of a B & H chat. My requirements were that it should work with the Westcott softbox and u-light I just bought. Did not have to be over 5 feet tall and did not need to nest as I did not travel. I also wanted nice quality. The Manfrotto was great and met my needs but it is a bit light in weight, but it is absolutely secure and perfect for it's purpose and the light and softbox it is used with. I just would have purchased one a little heavier as I would like it a bit more. But just my personal preference.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 366B Basic Black Light Stand - 6.4' (1.9 Sometimes my professional monolights and their stands are overkill. I need to travel lightly and use small on-camera flash units (off camera!). I wanted 2 light stands that would be lightweight enough to carry in a bag on my shoulder with an umbrella or two. This light stand is perfect for this!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very happy with this lightstand Sturdy, light weight & well constructed. Will easily hold a small flash with reflector or umbrella attachment. I'm also using it as part of my backdrop system (for small, 5 foot wide backdrops) and it works great.
