I am using these cables to sync new, modern Flex TT5 pocket wizards to older Classic Elinchrom monolights. These cables have proven to be dependable, giving me radio control of my lights. Shipping was within the expected time, thank you.

Do these fit Nikon speedlight screw locks?

This cable is dedicated for Elinchrom systems and will not fit on a Nikon speedlite.

I have some of the old EL500s that have the amphenol connector. I've always used the optical sensor, but now I want to use my pocketwizards. Is this the cable I need to connect them? Thanks!

Yes, the Elinchrom Elinchrom Sync Cable 3.5mm to Amphenol - 15.75 (40 cm) (or the PocketWizard MA1 Elinchrom to Miniphone Cable - Straight - 16 , B&H # WICEM16) would both equally work for your stated needs for use with PocketWizard Transceiver/Receiver Radio Remotes.
