Which model would I use for a Manfrotto 190X3 tripod?
The Manfrotto 114MV is designed for tripods with spiked feet, the Manfrotto 190X3 has round feet and will not be compatible. You would want the Manfrotto 114 version instead for the 190X3. You could also look in to a Universal Dolly like the Vazizoom VZ-D50.

I have the Manfrotto 350MVB tripod. Will the 114MV fit my tripod? Are the wheels bolted in or are they fixed. I would like to switch them out for a rail system.
Sorry, the tripod will not fit the dolly and the wheels are not meant to come off.

Unfortunately, while this dolly is excellently made, the tripod attachment method is incompatible with the Benro feet. Please see the two dollies we are recommending. They have the correct attachment method for the Benro.

Will it accommodate the Celestron 6" NexStar Evolution Computerized Telescope on its standard tripod with 1.25" leg diameter? The total weight is under 40 pounds.
Not that we are aware of as this is for spiked feet Manfrotto tripods specifically.

Manfrotto 114MV Cine/Video Dolly is designed for use with tripods with spiked feet, while the 114 is designed to work with tripods that have standard legs. They both have the same load capacity, it is just a matter of the way a tripod is connected to the dolly and the tripods that they are compatible with.
