Buy them all

As a professional videographer, one of the best purchase decisions of my career was to buy a whole bunch of these and put them on every camera, tripod, gimbal, etc I have. I can't tell you the time and frustration it has saved me being able to snap my camera on a gimbal without having to rebalance it, then snap it onto a tripod for an interview, and then snap it onto a monopod for run and gun. I also put them both on top of and under my different tripod heads so I can use one tripod and quickly change between a gear head, ball head, or fluid head. Try it and you'll never go back to the slide in plates. They feel super secure with even my heaviest camera's and I love the audible click sound when I snap them in. It may take a little practice to learn how to quickly attach and detach the plates but once you figure it out it becomes second nature.

If you have the camera mount, you need a few of these

These are very strong, and work well. I love the captive yet interchangeable screw design.
