Rated 1 out of 5 by from good looking but does not fit Putting these leg protectors on your tripod is like fitting into pants 3 sizes too small. After 1 hour of pulling and squeezing the two sides together to make it easier on the zipper, I managed to get all three protectors on, except the bottom 1 where the zipper fabric overlaps itself and makes the protector even thicker. About two hours later, two of the three protectors developed bulges in their zipper as they were so tight. End result was one leg was fine, two legs developed broken zippers from too much pressure on the zipper. Yes, I ordered the right size for my tripod. If only each protector was 1/8 bigger in circumference, all would have been fine. Definitely, NOT Recommended as a product I would buy as does not fit intended use.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Tough Love Leg protectors help during cold weather, so I wanted to add these to my tripod. These had a strip of two-sided tape to hold them in place until zipped shut. The first one was really hard to get zipped shut. It was super tight and I was afraid of tearing the zipper. The second one fit better. I decided not to put the third one on incase one of the other two had a problem. It was frustrating to get them on, but very gratifying once they were on. I'm glad I fought the battle.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good but not enough padding. The protectors went on easily and will help with the cold. However, there is not much padding.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do NOT buy these! Trust me. I did not heed the reviews and bought these anyway, thinking people were exaggerating the difficulty. I see no possible way to zip these onto the legs. In fact, it was extremely difficult to zip them even off the legs but i finally managed to. My plan is to leave them zipped, remove the lower legs, then slide them on as I do new golf grips, after soakibg the glue strip with the equivalent of lighter flid. If this works I'll update this review.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It works! Wrapped them around 2 of 3 legs on the 190 tripod and it keeps my hands warm while still keeping a low profile. I've tried the OpTech USA system, which was way too bulky for my taste. My only complaint was that the sticky glue material that is suppose to keep the leg protectors on were a bit messy to deal with while trying to put the protector on the tripod. Also, it's a bit expensive. Overall though, very satisfied with this product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from For use on my Carbon Fiber Tripod... I bought these to help protect my carbon fiber tripod when transporting. The adhesive glue is messy and very gooey as mentioned in other reviews. The glue is actually pre-applied and all that is required is to peal back the wax paper to start. I'm not sure if the glue will even dry as it has almost the same consistency as the gooey adhesive found on old electrical tape except 10 times gooeier!!! :o( I'm not sure if the glue will stain the carbon fiber but should be good challange to clean off once applied. The zipper is protected from contacting the legs by a little extra overlap of fabric. However, the metal zipper pull tab on the outside will contact the carbon center column depending on where the leg protector is turned. The leg protector is thin and keeps the bulk down. It will be fine for minor dings and scratches and do just as well as an insulator in cold temperatures.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from A Bit Difficult to Install These were very difficult to install on the tripod legs - they are extremely tight and the zipper kept getting stuck on a material panel underneath the zipper. Finally taped that so that the zipper couldn't catch on it. Still had to use pliers to pull the zipper closed all the way - they are very tight. Once they were on they performed as expected.
