The Manfrotto 131DD Tripod Accessory Arm for Four Heads mounts onto the center column of tripods with 3/8" threads. The platforms feature 3/8" screws, which allows a standard tripod head to be mounted on either or both sides. In addition, the horizontal bar features 3/8" screws on both ends, allowing mounting of tripod heads from the sides.

Used this to mount two platforms to hold 16 MacBook Pro and 6x 8 Wacom tablet on my tethered Gitzo 2220 tripod. Rock solid attachment with no wiggle. Real quality set up.
I debated over several of these arms and opted to purchase this one as Manfrotto is always a solid product. Contacted them in advance to confirm this product is made in Italy and has a warranty. I used this on my first shoot supporting 2 GH5s with battery packs and Lumix lenses. No issues whatsoever.
