There are two Hexagonal Quick Releases on the Manfrotto 303PLUS. Also it depends on what screw size you need. Most likely you need the 1/4 -20. However, it you need the one without the screw, get this plate anyway and remove the screw. Manfrotto 130-14 Hexagonal Quick Release Plate (Flat Bottomed) with 1/4 -20 Screw B&H # MA13014.
