The black and mid gray Collapsible Reversible Background from Manfrotto opens to a full 5 x 6' for studio use, and since it folds to one third its original size, you can easily transport it for location work. Which background is more useful for corporate headshot - white/grey or black/grey?
Color choice is entirely a matter of style, what lighting you use and camera settings. I use a grey only background. Between the camera and light settings I can go from pure white to solid black and with a gel I can get any color I need.

With a tight lens for a single person you can make it work. Its a little too small for groups or full body coverage.

Yes. There are straps that you can either clamp or tie around a horizontal pole. That's how we are using it (on a horizontal pole between two stands).

It has loops to hang it but no stand of any kind. It is relatively self supporting but you'll need a hook or stand of some kind.
