I've Been Trying To Find Parts For My Old Manfrotto Tripod And If You Have Been Through This, You Know That It's Difficult To Even Find The Correct Part Numbers For Older Equipment. B&H Was Able To Verify The Parts I Needed, Got Them To Me Quickly, And Best Of All, They Let Me Complete My Restoration Project. I'm Very Happy!

It works well for an old Manfrotto 501 tripod head I still use. The only thing to watch out for when ordering replacements is that manfrotto changed the diameter of the handle so the newer ones no longer fit on the older heads, otherwise it works just fine.

This arm is specifically for the Manfrotto 3130 Head and we do not recommend it for other brands of Video Heads.

Does this handle work with tripods that don't already have a handle? I want to attach it to where the pan lock knob on my tripod screws in.
Not really, there is a slot in the pan head for a handle (on mine ) that once had a handle that I lost years ago.. You would have to jury rig some way to attach the handle...I myself would go to a camera store that also has used pan heads and get one there with the handle..

The handle does not come with any other attachment items or hardware. The handle comes just as pictured . . . . Just the handle.
