7.5" Articulating Arm is rated 4.2 out of 5 by 95.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Looks solid breaks within hours of use! Used this to mount a Small HD 502 monitor (=9oz!!) on my Pilotfly H2 gimbal. Within 2-3 hours of use (simple positioning, tightening in place, mounting between my slider and gimbal twice) the ball joint came parts in my hands. Not good engineering inside the ball joints. Was the right size for what I wanted, although a little heavy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very versatile. I purchased this in combination with an Impact Atom Clamp for the sole purpose of mounting an iUSBPort Camera2 to a tripod when doing night shoots. It has a myriad number of connectors from a 1/4-20 screw for mounting cold shoes or devices with a 1/4-20 thread. It also has a reverse cold shoe connector that would easily fit into a cold shoe that is mounted on a tripod. The ability to set all joints and then tighten them at the same time via a single knob is super convenient. No fiddling with individual knobs for each joint. I'm sure I'll discover other uses for this, but for now, it's just what I needed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sturdy, and well built! I use ths articulating arm with my Canon 5D and an external monitor. Before I just used a monitor mount which was very unstable and would constantly have to be tightened. Not only is this articulating arm very well built but it also holds the weight of my monitor very well and does not wobble like my old monitor mount. This was key for using my camera with my balanced shoulder rig. The ways you can position your monitor help with balancing the weight, making sure you have a clear view of the monitor, the camera, and where you are walking.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Arm Forces I have a DSLR operation. Recently purchased the Marshall 7 monitor, and decided to spoil it with this arm. I gotta say the arm is OK and lives up its promises, but I find myself using the mount I got with the monitor more, mostly because it's lighter. The articulating arm also has a lot of options to manuver - after all it IS articulating ! And sometimes you with to keep it simple.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Works for light weight devices Works as you'd expect, but seriously, if you want to mount (for example) a mini monitor and not have it slip around as you move, consider something a little more high end. The locking on this will only hold 100 grams or so before it micro-slips
