Will this allow audio through the bnc input or just video?
If you are using the BNC connections for SDI then SDI embedded audio is on both the input and output. However if you are using the BNC connection for an older analog connection the audio will not be present.

Yes. The following unit offers Genlock input with optional looping capability via the K3G-Box.
