question

Could someone recommend a great stand for this light? I'd like to be able to tilt it, so I think I need a boom arm. I'd like one that is easy to adjust, not too awkward. I don't think the Matthews Stand tilts. A C-stand with wheels might be nice, but need someone to point me in the right direction! Thanks!
Asked by: Susanna P.
C stands do not take wheels. The weight of the light has a big part to what will work with the boom in terms of a stand/boom.The best I use is this one by Avenger, A4041B Alu Boom Stand. It can support 22-33 lbs depending on the boom extension. And it does take wheels.

Can be used for groups? How many people?

Can be used for groups? How many people?
Asked by: Gilberto
There are a lot of factors involved. Distance of light to group, arrangement of the group, what type of light is in the box, camera settings and level of expectations are all important. Experimentation is usually the best bet to figure out how many it can cover in your circumstance, but it can range from 1 to 20+.
