I've got a couple of Hadley Pro bags. One didn't come with a shoulder pad (bought it used) so I added this one. Honestly, while it looks good and is very nicely made, the bare canvas strap is more comfortable without it. Not worth the trouble to return and it does *look* cool so...

Worthwhile addition.

I have a Hadley Small Pro and keep my Z8, 24-120 f/4 lens, and Profoto a10 in it. Without the pad, it's a little uncomfortable. With the pad, it's as if it's not even there. I'm glad I bought it.

Will this wok with the Domke 1 1/2" FA-140 strap?

Yes, the Billingham SP40 Shoulder Strap Pad will fit any strap that is 1.5 inches wide or less.

The button is suppose to be Chrome Color as it ...

The button is suppose to be Chrome Color as it appears on Billingham's website.. but in the photo on B&H shows Black buttons. Is the button on the SP40 actually Black or is it Chrome?
