The SP50 Shoulder Strap Pad from Billingham is made from black leather with nickel-coated studs. It is compatible with bags that have strap widths of 2". The oversized, top grain leather pad features closed-cell foam padding and a neoprene bottom for comfort and grip. The strap attaches to loops with press stud closures.

What's the difference between the SP50 and SP20?
The SP50 is the one to get - the SP20 is basically a piece of typically nice Billingham leather sewn to a piece of wetsuit neoprene which wears quite quickly. The SP50 has bound edges and more durable non slip, plus better padding. Brand new the SP20 may be slightly softer thugh and looks a little more traditional. I replaced the SP40's on my Packington and 445 with SP50s and bought SP40s for my Hadleys.

Which is the correct shoulder pad for the Hadley One? to what i seen the SP40 was for the PRO, but unsure if the SP50 is for the ONE?
SP40 is for 1.5 strap and SP50 for 2 strap which the Hadley One has.
