Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this camera! For a beginner, it has been easy to use the Auto function, and gradually get used to and learn the more complex functions. The manual is very clear regarding operation. Other users have been very helpful, as well. This was an EXCELLENT value with the lens package!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Photography Start This is pretty good for those looking to get a start into actual photography (a step just above casual, whenever/special events photography...perhaps onto the hobby level). The images are crisp and clean. The negative is that the camera is really sensitive to damage. Accident insurance is almost a must unless you're super careful.
