The visual Echoes FX5 Better Beamer does come with the Fresnel lens. The Fresnel lens you see in the accessories section would be a replacement part.

Will this also fit on a Canon Speedlite 430EX III-RT?
Yes, it will fit. The size of the 430 EX III-RT is 2.78x4.48x3.87 inches compared to 2.8x4.8x4.0 inches for the 430 Ex II, which I have. The Flash heads are essentially the same size. The FX5 comes in two separate pieces that you strap with Velcro on both sides of the flash head, so you can tighten the strap to fit the size of the head. I also use it on my 580 EXII without any problems, which is larger than the 430 EX II and III. Hope this helps.Roy.
