This metal Mola Speed Ring is compatible with Elinchrom flash heads and all Mola reflectors. Mola's patented reflector design permits you to get more quality out of less light by capturing all paths of light, regardless of direction as they leave the flash tube, and redirecting them toward the subject.

You can tell that its solidly constructed and it fits my Elinchrom lights like a charm. No fuss, no nonsense.
Required to mount Mola Demi to Elinchrom strobes. Easy enough to install and secure on the dish itself but wonky, imprecise fit when attaching to the strobe. The dish wobbles quite a bit even when the locking ring on the strobe is engaged. Disappointing considering how expensive and well made the Mola dish is -
