I do not know if it's an official product from Mola or Profoto. It does not fit automatically the head of my profoto, so the first time I had to be a little bit patience. once it is installed it is very resistant.

Arrived as wheel is curved litte bit... I fixed it....

and profoto type rubber wheel doesn't fit perfecctly as original profoto .....but anyway it just works.. I don't have any option...

Can someone please tell what's the base (widest) diameter of this adapter?

That comes out to 142.88 mm if anyone does not wish to do the math. :) I bet a 140 mm speed ring adapter will also do the job as long as it has a steel plate (vs aluminum).

Hi :) Does this speed ring come with the necessary hardware to mount it to the Mola dish - or do you have to purchase the Mola CH005 (Mola Complete Hardware for all Mola Reflectors) in addition this speed ring ?Kind regards, Alex

The speed ring is just the speedring, no additional hardware. I purchased my speedring with the Mola, and the Mola came with the necessary hardware.

Hello, what's the measurement of the outer diameter of this adapter?

Would love to take apart my Mola but I think it has 6-8 screws and a gasket and has been on there since I purchased.These work well. Sometimes they are cheaper depending on where you find. No matter how much you pay its for sure overpriced. But it works well.Best guess. Add half inch to normal profoto ring size for the flange on this
