I bought this to fit my Pentax 6x7 Medium Format SLR. I contacted the manufacturer prior to purchase to see of the ends would fit the lugs on the 6x7, the person I talked though though they would, as did I. They do not. lol The lugs found on commercial video equipment are somewhat larger and the ends of the strap will need to be changed to the Pentax type. This actually worked out to my advantage as the ends of the strap are very close to the lugs on the body and will not exert forces on the lugs. The Pentax lug type couplers are a little narrower in the wire loop than the strap ends on the Porta Brace strap. It is a tight fit, but can be accomplished with a little effort. The end result IMHO is a nice fit that does not walk around in the loop of the coupler. So far in limited use, (wearing it around the house and yes, my wife thinks I am a half a bubble off of plumb) it seems to answer my desires for a heavy duty, yet comfortable strap for this tank of a camera. The shape and padding of the part that goes around your neck is well thought out and in my opinion quite comfortable.
Does it's job well! Good padding and stays on your shoulder without slipping. A bit bulky, but the padding is worth it!!
