ASUS U50Vg-B1 Overview

The U50Vg-B1 Notebook Computer from ASUS is a 15.6" notebook computer with a slim "butterfly wing" design. When in use, the system's profile mimics that of a butterfly's wings in flight. The design is accentuated by ASUS's unique Picasus LCD cover, which simply radiates luxury and sophistication.

You'll be able to type with comfort on the computer's chiclet-style backlit keyboard. A lighted multi-touch touchpad handles cursor control. An integrated light sensor detects the amount of ambient light in the room, adjusting the display, keyboard, and touchpad backlights to compensate accordingly.

The system is powered by a 2.2GHz Intel Core 2 Duo T6600 CPU and boasts 4GB of RAM, 320GB hard drive capacity, a SuperMulti DVD burner, dual-band 802.11n Wi-Fi, eSATA support, HDMI output, and 3 USB 2.0 ports. Its nVIDIA GeForce G105M graphics card features 512MB of memory, perfect for displaying complex 3D graphics on the computer's 15.6" LED backlit 16:9 HD display. Windows Vista Home Premium is the installed operating system.
