Finally got what I wanted
I finally found something that works for a specific weapon light, sits very close to my barrel, located exactly where I want it, and the light with mount didn't an arm and a leg. I outfitted both of my rifles with the same lights and rings for a grand total of $90. It's difficult to find this quality of lights and mounts today for that kind of money... and on top of everything else, the light is 1.125 in diameter, which makes it even more difficult to fit, even with this mount. This is my third attempt to finish this project in this very unconventional way, and B&H brought the completion together for me.

Give yourself a ring this year!
I'm using this low mount ring with a Vortex strikefire red dot on a Remington 870 Supermag. This will all sit on a Weaver rail. Ring is built awesome and very robust. I can't say anything negative about it. Great product, great seller, fast shipping! Thanks B&H!
