Thanks Manzell. I meant to ask... if I do rotate the camera completely 90 degrees, will the rubber eye cup of the viewfinder that goes against your face also be able to rotate in a way that I can still use the viewfinder?

Is this compatible with the GH4? I can't find any information comparing this with https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/970691-REG/zacuto_z_find_gh3_gh3_z_finder_pro.html
You could use the Zacuto Z-Finder Pro 2.5x with the GH4, though you would need to purchase a separate mounting plate. The Zacuto GH3/GH4 Z-Finder Pro Optical Viewfinder would already come with the mounting plate needed for the GH4. That would be the difference between the two.

Unfortunately, Zacuto does not list the Sony Alpha NEX-5 Mirrorless Digital Camera on the compatibility chart. I cannot guarantee the Zacuto Z-Finder Pro 2.5x would be compatible with your camera. It is designed for 3 screens, so it would be the option I would recommend trying with your camera. If it does not work, we do have a 30-Day Return Policy so you could return the item for an exchange or refund.

I purchased the Z-Finder Pro 3 for my Canon 70D and it fit but not properly. I would contact Zacuto or someone in the B&H store and have them confirm that it fits the 70D
