A55M Isolation and Swivel Shock Stopper Microphone Mount is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 13.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Isolate ...... Don't vibrate! This isolation mount fits most tapered sure brand mics. It greatly helps reduce floor rumble while set up on wood stages or risers and when used with a podium for meetings. I use it with a sm57 and it fits the mic well and holds it sturdy. Not much to mention as far as downsides. It completly fills it's purpose.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cheep and Versatile Great universal shock mount. I use them on instrument mic's often, especially if the person playing the instrument stomps their feet while they play. They work many different mic's and keep a solid hold on the mic while in place.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not very practical Only really works for a mic in a perfectly vertical position. If mic is on any angle, it rests against the hard plastic exterior and is on no real use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I LOVE IT! This product is just cool. I've been looking for a shock mount that would fit my SHURE SM58 and not having much luck. This one was made for it, but fits other mics as well. The SM58 is made for a stand or for hand-held, not really for boom, but I use it on a boom and it works great, especially with the shock mount. I just did my first test with sound for a TV show and it came out perfect.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from To ensure no handling noise Most of the Shure handheld mics do not suffer from handling noise but if you want to be sure to isolate your Shure handheld mic from the mount, I use and recommend this shock mount. I use it with the SM58 as well as the Beta 87A. It is well-made and does what it needs to do.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great mount Holds the SM57 securely and isolates the mic from mechanically transmitted noise when adjusting the mic boom. Inexpensive too compared with the rubber band mounts.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great product I've used these before and they do help to reduce vibration to the microphone. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it does not fit all mics.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ideal shock mount. This is the ideal shock mount with the Shure SM58. I use it on the end of a broadcast arm and it fully isolates the mike from vibrations in the arm.
