Not great for monitor or TV with larger screw holes at the 300 x 300 distance. Wish I could return, but tossed box by accident.
Replaced my TV of 13 years and needed a new adapter plate for the new TV. Peerless was helpful in advising which adapter to order and B&H had the part at the most reasonable price. It fits perfectly and the TV is up and running without taking the mount off the wall.
