The Bravo Xi2 utilizes dedicated CD and DVD media called M-Discs which, unlike regular CD and DVD discs that use an organic dye layer, use synthetic materials that are similar to stone, according to Primera. The usable life of recorded discs is a projected 1000 years or more.

The BravoPro Xi2 Archive Disc publisher has storage capacity of 100 discs and features two M-Writer drives from Millenniata which speed production.
