The unit is rugged and strong. The internal dip switches are hard to access; my unit is very “tight”. It did not open easily. Also, there are no instructions on how to open it, I made a few mistakes that I had to fix. B&H seems like a good place. The unit was not in stock and had to be ordered from the factory. It took a couple weeks to get here. But it arrived just fine.

I needed a mic switcher and I ordered the wrong one. It took a couple of tries but the third time was the charm, (passive will make noise, must have an active buffer to be silent). Thanks again.
