It is big and heavy, it is not very good to be portable, and if you are going to use it only in the studio there are better and cheaper ones,

At first it seems flimsy to setup but the compactness more than makes up for it.

No, neither the Manfrotto 124 Clamp for 3085 Boom Arm nor the Impact LSA-BC Light Stand Boom Clamp would be compatible for use with the Westcott Collapsible Scrim Frame Only - 24x36" as they are designed for use with larger, thicker boom arm shafts. The Westcott Collapsible Scrim Frame Only - 24x36" is designed to be used with a standard grip head such as the Impact Grip Head for Lights and Accessories - 2.5" Diameter (Black), B&H # IMKCP200B, or a grip arm such as the Impact 40" Extension Grip Arm (Black), B&H # IMKCP240B. https://bhpho.to/4dIw6sO https://bhpho.to/4dHmMWr
