This kit pairs the Manfrotto 504HD Video Fluid Head with the 54G6B Pro Video Tripod to form a solid, stylish support system that's ready for action. The head supports up to 16.5 lbs (7.5 kg) of professional video gear, be it a mid-sized HD camcorder or a fully outfitted DSLR camera rig. The 504HD head introduces Manfrotto's redesigned counterbalance system with four presets from 0 to 16.5 lbs. The head's redesigned variable friction components are marked clearly with degree scales, and pan/tilt movement is vibration-free.

The 546GB aluminum two-stage tripod extends to a maximum height of 62.4 in (158.5 cm). It features a ground-level spreader for setting proper leg angles – and for keeping the feet (spiked, with included rubber overshoes) firmly in place.

It should, at the very least you may need an adapter. It is a standard camera plate screw.

You cannot replace the half ball, but if you have a Manfrotto tripod with a 100mm bowl you could also use the Manfrotto 319 75mm to 100mm Bowl Adapter for this head, BH #MA319. https://bhpho.to/2psBVZB

Unfortunately it does not. The Pocket Cinema Camera 4K does not have a LANC connection for a remote such as this.

Yes it comes with a quick release plate. The 504HD head comes with the Manfrotto 504PLONG Long Quick Release Mounting Plate.

The 504HD head in this kit has a 75mm ball base. If the Sachtler tripod has a 75mm bowl it should work with the head in this kit.

The manfrotto before fluid head is no good. Would this head work on the before legs I already have? If not what is the recommended fluid head? My camera is a GH5 so the weight it low.

The BeFree is a lightweight tripod and fluid head that is good only for the lightest of cameras and uses. While you could put another video head on this tripod, I would suggest a more robust solution for you such as the Manfrotto MVH500A Fluid Drag Video Head with MVT502AM Tripod and Carry Bag B&H # MAMVH500AM.
