DSLR Value Pack with Nikon School Online Course is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 232.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Compact convenience I bought this bag for my new Nikon D3100. It fits snuggly and exactly, no spare room. If you want extra room for eventual additional accessories, get the size above this one. In this one I fit my D3100 and the two lenses, one on the camera. There is a small envelope-like pocket in the lid for memory cards and lens cloth, etc, and there is an outside pocket for extras too. There are slots inside for other eventuals as well as adjustable paddings to fit your camera and equipment exactly. The all weather cover is very handy and comforting, like carrying an umbrella so it won't rain, except without the bother of remembering since it is incorporated in the bag. In short, I am very happy with my purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Camera This is my first DSLR camera and I am extremely happy with it. The Nikkon D3100 is very user friendly and easy to use. The guide menu on the camera is a excellent feature when first using the camera. The DVD that came with the value pack really helped me with learning the functions of the camera. I also received a Nikkon bag with the value pack that holds all my camera gear very nicely. I have been impressed with the photo quality and the many different modes to shoot in. I have not had a chance to use the video function but I am looking forward to it. Overall I have been really impressed with this entry level Nikkon DSLR.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great bag and beginner video Good bag and video is good for beginners to get to know their new camera and basics of it. The bag would be better if it had more padding to protect your camera and equipment. This only reason I would recommend this to a friend is if your low on money and need something for the mean time. There may be better bags out there, but it's hard to compare the item and the price online. I would recommend that you touch and feel the bag in person so you know what your buying. But, it was a gift, can't complain, it's a good bag to start off with at least. It'll get the job done.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Decent bag I got this for free with the purchase of the D3100 so I can't complain too much. It seems well padded and has plenty of room for the camera and lenses and other small accessories such as battery charger. The only thing I have noticed which could be improved is that the top part of the bag doesn't close flush with or overlap the bottom part so there is a reasonable gap which could allow for dust to get into the bag. My main thought was if I brought it to the beach on vacation, sand could easily get into the bag so don't count on full protection of your camera with this bag. The snap clips are also very heavy so when the camera is not in the bag and lid is open, it tips easily.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use This is the first real camera that I have ever owned at the age of 57, and I am so excited about it. I love the fact that it is easy to use and so uncomplicated. I don't like the fact that the camera lense cover does not have a cord attached to it and the camera, so that when you take a photo the lense cover cannot get lost. Yes, I have already lost the lense cover. The camera bag is a great accessory to ensure that your camera is protected. It is light and easy to access. Has many pockets for different accesseries. It is essentially very easy to carry around with you.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not as I had hoped I dislike reviews written before the product has gotten a reasonable use. If I had written a review just after getting this bag, it would have been 1-2 stars higher, but after two months of very light use, I am disappointed. The zippers on the pockets are not well made, and have come apart, with the pull and mechanism falling off completely. In addition, the lining of the top pocket has ripped out. My use of that pocket has been solely to store two flash cards, so it has not been heavily used. The cover uses two very solid clasps to close rather than a zipper but they are still somewhat difficult to operate. Because of the closing method the top will occasionally not close completely and small items can jostle out, but that is not common. I've ordered a Lowepro sling to replace this bag. I did like the CD, though.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stop contemplating and buy it already. This is the best value for the price, surprisingly spacious for its size, great quality... What's not to love? Stop weighing your options and buy it!Details:-The main compartment can fit my camera (Nikon D3100) with a lens on it, plus two additional lenses, or one additional lens and *lots* of extras. I currently have my 18-55mm lens attached to the camera body, plus my telephoto lens, plus the battery charger, my point-and-shoot camera and it's battery charger, and a few other peripherals all in the main compartment.-This case has lots of other pouches and compartments that can hold cables, spare batteries/memory cards, etc. I have the top pouch full of microfiber cloths.-The strap is adjustable and comfortable for a wide range of body types and carrying positions.-The only down-side I've found is the zipper on the inside, mesh pouch. It sometimes comes unzipped just by pulling on it. That being said, you can just un-zip it and re-zip it to fix the problem. This is not enough to lower the rating to 4 stars. For the budding photographer, this case is a must-have!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not a bad bag This is the bag I got free with my purchase of a D5100. This bag isn't bad...easily fits the lense, camera, and many accessories. I also have placed the users manual and a few other items in. I haven't used the DVDs yet.
