Is this an attenuation cable? Meaning, does it ...
Is this an attenuation cable? Meaning, does it take a line signal and dampen it to be appropriate for a mic input? Line signals (such as a headphone/line out port) are typically too strong for mic inputs. So either the device would have to have a mic out 3.5 port, or an attenuation cable would have to be used to make the signal suitable for my camera.
