Works just like advertised. AS we go more and more into networking this little gem will become more and more useful. Had a situation wtih a digital mixer/power amp/ rack in the back of the sanctuary and the controller/computer in the balcony connected by cate5. Now they can run both cd player and computer audio through the cat5e and connect to the mixer. Very low noise! The only knock I have is that it requires two but they sell them as singles. NOT a big deal but I could see someone in a hurry making a big mistake.
