Does this dit with really right Stuff TVC- 34L ?
I don't know. I use it on a Bogen / Manfrotto Pro Monopod and it works fine. The fit is very secure.

You can go to the product maker's website and when you click on LegCoat Wraps, it asks you to identity the make and model of your tripod. According to your tripod, it says you need LegCoat Wraps 312.
