I have just used this for a couple of test shots so far, and it does what it should. If it does not live up to what I expect, I will post a follow-up review.

I have this and it seems not to play well with ...

I have this and it seems not to play well with the TTL. Is there a way to make it work or do I need to use manual. Most times I use manual on my camera and set it for pictures and use it as a fill but in darker settings this does not work well?

You could probably use flash exposure compensation and use trial-and-error to find out how many stops you would need to increase it by to get proper exposure, which would answer another poster's question about how much light loss there is with this diffuser.
