The SpyderCUBE RAW Calibration Tool from Datacolor is a compact (1.5"/3.8 cm square), digital color balancing tool that not only allows you to correct the color temperature but also the exposure, brightness and black point of your images. The SpyderCUBE is a spectrally neutral three-dimensional tool that's small enough to fit in your pocket or camera bag and gives you all the features needed to easily adjust your images in post-production. Its multi-sided construction allows special attention to highlights and shadows, and contains more features for image control than a gray card or white balance tool.

How would this work with flash photography and light meter combination? RAW video seems to be straight forward since it uses similar workflow as RAW photo processing. This could be a game changer.
Hi Dario, the use of SpyderCUBE is the same when using flash and a light meter or with natural/mixed lighting.

question
I am interested in trying this product, and just want to clarify how you should set your white balance IN camera while using the cube. Am I to understand correctly that you can just have your camera set to auto white balance (as opposed to setting a custom one off of a grey card) while taking a reference photo with the cube in it, and then just making the WB adjustments, etc. in your RAW post processing? Thank you :)
Yes, this is correct - the white balance adjustments made from using the Datacolor SpyderCUBE RAW Calibration tool are done in RAW post processing, and you simply set your camera to auto white balance.

Datacolor has in-depth tutorials on its website. There are also excellent tutorials on youtube.
