Will using this dimmer change the color temperature of the tungsten fresnel light?

Can these dimmers work with Quasar crossfade tubes?

Yes, although the dimming is not linear. It tends to step from intensity to intensity, especially within the lower 40% of the dimming range. I use them all the time with my x-fades, but know that they are not the perfect dimmer for that fixture.
