With the c-type clamp used on the Impact Universal Filter Holder - 12x12" (30.5 x 30.5 cm), you will be able to place gel of specialized diffusion in front of any light, including the Godox AD400, giving it a minimum of 5" space in front of the light to allow heat to dissipate.

Yes, the Impact Universal Filter Holder - 12x12" (30.5 x 30.5 cm) has a carb claw-style clamp that will attach to the risers of a C-stand.

Yes. Attach sideways on the top bar (12"), move the side rails out until the top rail moves down to 10" from bottom and attach on the bottom rail.
